Using this Website

If the text is too small for you:

Press the control key “Ctrl”, usually found near the bottom left of the keyboard. Whilst holding that down, press “+” (plus). To go larger still, keep pressing “+” whilst holding the “Ctrl” key down.

This will enlarge the entire page on many computers, not just the text.

To make the page smaller again, do the same thing using the “-”

(minus) key.

If a PDF document doesn't open:

Many of the forms and reports used on this website are in PDF format, which is a very common occurrence that you will find on many websites.
