Sheltered accomodation to let

From time to time Circleanglia Housing Association have sheltered properties for rent in Waltham Forest and other London boroughs.

Currently there are two flats available in the Blackhorse Lane/Billet Road area, which they are seeking to let. These are one bedroom sheltered flats for over 55's. There is no warden on site and no alarm system fitted, so clients need to be reasonably independent and prepared to pay for there own community alarm, if required.

To apply for one of these properties you do not need to be on the Council's housing waiting list, but eligibility is restricted to those who are currently in private rented accommodation, homeless, or living with relatives.

Priority will obviously be given to those in greatest need.
