Brief description of service:

This service provides confidential advice and information on issues relating to older people and their carers. Can assist with wide range of problems, particularly in the areas of benefits and pensions, housing, health and community care.

 

Times available/open:

Help-line is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10am and 12 noon. At all other times there is an answering machine to leave a message, which will be dealt with as soon as possible.

 

Languages available:

English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi

 

How to access service:

Older people and their carers can self refer. Referrals taken from other organisations also. We can be contacted in any of the following ways:
