Service Name: Home Support Service, Self Funding Clients

 

Brief description of service:

This service provides companionship, practical support and respite, but not personal care, to Waltham Forest adults and carers living in their own homes.

The service operates between 9.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

 

Times available/open:

Referrals can be made Monday to Friday between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m

 

Languages available:

English and Asian community languages.

Service Name:

Home Support Service, Evening Service

 

Brief description of the service:

This service is currently available to all existing Home Support clients at a cost of £12.50 per hour and provides companionship and support whilst carers take respite.

The service operates Monday to Saturday between  4.00.p.m. and 10.00 p.m.

 

Times available/open:

Referrals can be made Monday to Friday between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.

English.
