Brief description of service:

The service provides information and support to older adults and their carers living in Waltham Forest in choosing a residential and/or nursing care home, both for social services funded and self funding clients. We also provide escorted transport to view homes if necessary and assistance to carers to visit older adults in temporary placements out of the borough.

 

Times available/open:

Referrals can be made between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday

 

Languages available:

English and Asian community languages.
